IXI Mobile, the maker of the Ogo™ family of devices and services announced today that Revol Wireless the youth-oriented wireless carrier based in Independence, Ohio will provide Ogo2.0 products and services as part of its Revol Wireless offering. Revol will be the first to launch Ogo, IXI's first CDMA 3G product, with EV-DO technology in the United States.

On February 28, 2006, IXI Mobile and Israel Technology Acquisition Corporation (ITAC) (OTCBB: IXMO, IXMOW, IXMOU) entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which a wholly owned subsidiary of ITAC would merge with and into IXI Mobile, with IXI Mobile surviving the merger and becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of ITAC.
