  10. As of June 6th, 2007, Israel Technology Acquisition Corp., a blank check company, consummated a merger with IXI Mobile, Inc. As a result, ITAC Acquisition Subsidiary Corp., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of ITAC, merged with and into IXI.

    Also effective upon closing, ITAC changed its name to IXI Mobile, Inc. and IXI changed its name to IXI Mobile (USA), Inc. Thus, ITAC is now a holding company called IXI Mobile, Inc., operating though its wholly-owned subsidiary, IXI Mobile (USA), Inc.
