Yael Zidky, Vice President, Human Resources, has over 10 years of Global HR expertise focusing on establishing policies, procedures, compensation structures, recruitment and benefits.
Yael joined IXI from Terayon Communications Systems Ltd, as Senior HR Manager providing coaching and guidance at the executive level,
as well as support with management development, organizational development, change management, talent review,
and succession planning. Prior to Terayon Communication Systems Ltd, Yael worked at ComBox Ltd. as HR Manager.
She holds a B.A. degree in Economics, and an MBA from the College of Management. She graduated both degrees with honors.
