| Matthew Hills is a Partner and Co-Founder of Quarry Hill Partners, a private equity firm providing growth capital to small and middle-market companies. From 2005-2006 he was a consultant and Managing Director of Signature Capital, a special situations investor. From 1996-2005 he was the Senior Partner and Co-Founder of BG Affiliates, a private equity firm. From 1993-1996 he was Chief Planning Officer of The Berkshire Group, the parent company of BG Affiliates. From 1982-1993 he was with The LEK Partnership, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Bain & Company. He has served on the Boards and Board Committees of several public and private companies, hedge funds and non-profit organizations. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
