Motti Gil serves as IXI’s CFO
since August 2008. Mr. Gil joined IXI in December 2007
as IXI’s Vice President of Finance.
Before joining IXI, Mr. Gil served as Corporate Controller
at Mer Telemanagement Solutions - MTS (Nasdaq: MTSL),
an international software company. MTS designs, develops,
markets and supports a comprehensive line of telecommunication
management and customer care & billing, responsible
for all of the reporting, budget and treasury aspects.
Prior to MTS Mr. Gil served as Financial Controller
at Netcom Group, privately held group of companies that
operate in the fields of communication networking infrastructure,
IT services and audio/video solutions, in 3 of the group’s
companies. Prior to Netcom group, Mr. Gil was an Audit
team manager at Ernst & Young Israel - of diverse
portfolio companies, including private and publicly
listed companies involved in medical equipment, biotechnology,
medication, communication, software, manufacturing and
trading.
Mr. Gil holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics,
with distinction, from the Hebrew university in Jerusalem.
