| Israel Frieder has over 3 decades of
experience in the telecommunications field where he
has held senior positions in a wide range of companies
including Kardan Communications, ECI Telecom Ltd and
Tadiran Telecommunications Ltd.
Mr. Frieder has also served as a member of the board
of directors of a number of public and private companies
including RiT Technologies Ltd, RRSat Ltd and Cellvine
Ltd.
From July 2007 to July 2008 Mr. Frieder served as
Co-chairman of IXI mobile. From January 2005 to July
2007 Mr. Frieder served as chairman and chief executive
officer of Israel Technology Acquisition Corp. (ITAC)
a special purpose acquisition corp. public company OTCBB
raising $38M, which merged with IXI in June 2006.
Mr. Frieder is a former winner of the Israel Defense
Prize and the Israel Kaplan Prize, and received a B.Sc.
(Electrical Engineering) from the Technion Israel Institute
of Technology in Haifa, Israel and an M.B.A. (with distinction)
from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.
