Shai Farkash, IXI's Senior Vice President
and General Manager, IXI R&D, has over 18 years
of experience in research and development, both in structuring
development teams and building systems.
Prior to joining IXI, Mr.
Farkash was the Vice President of R&D at Schema
Ltd., where he headed the development of the company's
radio access network optimization and simulation tools,
for maximizing the efficiency of GSM, CDMA & UMTS
networks. Prior to Schema, Mr. Farkash worked as a department
manager for TTI Telecom (NASDAQ: TTIL), a telecom infrastructure
provider, where he was responsible for the development
of the company's entire integrated network management
suite of products for wireline, wireless and SS7 networks.
Mr. Farkash has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and
computer science, and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
He graduated both degrees with honors.
